Industry Veteran Dode Harvey Joins Kennedy Wilson

SAN ANTONIO - July 13, 2015 - PRLog -- International real estate investment and services firm Kennedy Wilson (http://www.kennedywilson.com/) has hired Dode Harvey as senior director of property management and leasing in the firm’s San Antonio office. As an industry veteran of more than 30 years, Harvey brings unique insight to this role in which he will oversee the expansion of the firm’s property management and leasing services.  In this new role, Harvey will also supervise the recently awarded property management and leasing contract for Creekview Garden Offices in San Antonio.

Adding to the firm’s growing property management portfolio, the Creekview Garden Offices complex is located at 8600 Wurzbach Road in the San Antonio medical district. The 52,000 square feet of office space, surrounded by lush garden landscaping, is leased to tenants that provide a broad scope of services ranging from medical to architectural to child development. With convenient access to the medical center and Interstate 10, the location is well sought after by local businesses. Barbara Crane, CCIM, senior director of Brokerage at Kennedy Wilson, will lead the leasing efforts for the complex.

Prior to joining Kennedy Wilson, Harvey acted as president of Diamond T Ranch Development, where he led the firm through all stages of major real estate projects, from negotiations through to leasing and sales. He has also held leadership positions at Don Harvey Companies and The Weitzman Group, among others. Harvey earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Texas at San Antonio.
