Tim Irish Appointed As President Of J.P. Perry Insurance In Jacksonville, Florida

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Aug. 3, 2015 - PRLog -- Tim Irish has been appointed president of J. P. Perry Insurance, announced company CEO Joe Perry.

         Irish joined J.P. Perry in 2003 and was promoted to vice president in 2005. His new role as president will include overseeing all areas of the agency’s operations.

         A 20-year veteran of the insurance industry, Irish has worked previously for several national and global insurance brokers with experience in both commercial and personal lines.

         He has a CPCU designation (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) and serves on several national insurance companies’ advisory councils.

         While Irish replaces Joe Perry as president of the agency, Perry will assume the role of CEO, where he will concentrate on strategic planning, product line acquisition and marketing.

         “Tim has displayed outstanding performance over his years at the agency,” reported Perry. “He is a proven leader and is respected by our employees, customers and his peers in the industry. Plus with the growth of the agency, the addition of account executives and product offerings, we needed Tim’s ability at the highest level.”

         Founded in 1954, J.P. Perry Insurance is one of the oldest locally owned and operated Independent Agencies in Jacksonville. Today, the company has been recognized as one of the top insurance agencies on the First Coast, serving more than 5,000 local families and businesses.
