Bret Saberhagen to Make Appearance in Kansas City for Franchise Four Celebration

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Aug. 27, 2015 - PRLog -- Former Kansas City Royals star Bret Saberhagen will make an appearance in Kansas City for the team’s Franchise Four celebration.

Saberhagen was named to the team’s Franchise Four before the 2015 All Star Game, along with George Brett, Dan Quisenberry and Frank White.

In addition to being honored by the team, the 2-time Cy Young winner and World Series MVP will return to Kansas City for several promotional appearances.

Saberhagen’s appearance schedule includes Rally House in Lenexa, KS on Tuesday, September 1 from 12pm-1pm and SCHEELS Sporting Goods in Overland Park, KS on Wednesday, September 2 from 5pm-6:30pm.

The Rally House in Lenexa can be found at the Kansas Sampler at 9750 Quivira Road. SCHEELS in Overland Park can be found at 6503 West 135^th Street.

The Royals will host the Franchise Four celebration on September 1^st with a special pregame ceremony before they face the Detroit Tigers.

Saberhagen, a popular figure in Kansas City, will sign autographs at both the Rally House and SCHEELS appearance while fans can meet and greet, as well as check out the store’s team gear.
