Risberg Schilling Productions’ Film ‘A Reason’ To Play At Arena Cinema Beginning August 28th

LOS ANGELES - Aug. 28, 2015 - PRLog -- Risberg Schilling Productions’ feature film, A REASON, will play at Arena Cinema from Friday, August 28^th through Thursday, September 3^rd,2015. There will be one showing of A REASON each day, starting between the hours 5pm and 8:30pm depending on the day.

A REASON features Golden Globe and Emmy nominated actress, Marion Ross, whose career has spanned six decades and boasts highlights including major roles in “Happy Days” and The Evening Star, and numerous recurring television roles.

Dominique Schilling wrote and directed A REASON while producer Caroline Risberg produced the project under their banner, Risberg Schilling Productions. “We look forward to sharing with audiences our actors’ wonderful performances,” Risberg exclaims, dubbing A REASON “an empowering story that means so much to us.”

A REASON follows Serena, a distraught young misfit, and Nathan, her controlling older brother.Both are forced to endure a dreaded family gathering at the house of their elegant elderly Aunt Irene – the reading of her will. The activity sets off an unexpected course of events that ultimately forces them to reevaluate their views on love, forgiveness and family.

In addition to Ross, the film stars Magda Apanowicz (Open Road’s “The Green Inferno”); NickEversman (CW’s “The Tomorrow People”); Roxanne Hart (NBC’s “Medium”); Ron Melendez (NBC’s “Parenthood”) and Madeleine Falk (CBS’ “Judging Amy”).

Schilling and Risberg are currently developing their next film, LITTLE GIRL, BIG EYES, to be released in 2016.
