Summit Building Services has completed scrubbing and sealing new construction in Middle River, MD

MIDDLE RIVER, Md. - Sept. 8, 2015 - PRLog -- Summit Building Services, Inc. has recently completed scrubbing and sealing a newly constructed building owned by Chesapeake Real Estate Group (CREG) located in, Middle River, MD. Chesapeake Real Estate Group, LLC (CREG) contracted Bay Contracting Company to construct the building and Summit Building Services, Inc. was contracted by Bay Contracting to scrub and seal the concrete floors for the new Tenant American Tire Co.

Summit swept and scrubbed 435,000 square feet of concrete floor. The concrete was then sealed with Lapidolith (sealer) to protect the concrete from future wear.
