Record year for Summit Building Services Charleston Office

CHARLESTON, S.C. - Dec. 28, 2017 - PRLog -- This past year was a record year of service for the Charleston office of Summit Building Services, Inc. Despite an increase in service requests, Summit managed to handle several emergency projects before the close of the year.

Summit Building Services finished the year with a last-minute request at Starbucks Moncks Corner using state of the art cleaning techniques customized just for this project. This included cleaning stucco off of every window using soft scrubbing pads and cleaning materials in order to remove foreign debris from the windows. Summit also wiped all surfaces using damp rags and buckets of water. Each surface was finished off with a multi purpose cleaning to remove any lingering residue. This comprehensive project was completed with a floor cleaning. They used a Castex 20in walk behind auto scrubber to scrub the concrete floors. Then, they sealed the concrete using a watered down floor wax to evenly cover the entire floor and leave it with a matted finish. The job was completed in a two day period.
