Diversity and inclusiveness promote innovation and are good for Louisville’s economy. In order to expand the reach and scope of our community work, on September 25-26, 2015, IDEAS xLab has partnered with People for the American Way Foundation (http://www.pfaw.org/) Both events will be held at 1302 Texas Avenue. Unfortunately, laws originally designed to shield individuals’ The panel discussion will be facilitated by Peter Montgomery (http://www.pfaw.org/ IDEAS xLab welcomes all viewpoints in the hopes of fostering a healthy dialogue around religious liberty, civil rights and issues of inequality in Louisville. IDEAS xLab and YP4 are dedicated to supporting young adults on their path to becoming community leaders by providing them with the skills and resources they need to create change. Across the nation, YP4 Fellows work to effect positive change on issues ranging from Comprehensive Violence Reduction and Corporate Accountability to Racial Justice, LGBTQ Rights, Women’s Rights, Education, Healthcare and Progressive Coalition Building just to name a few.
