Zapporoo Releases the Blue Collar Connect App for Android 4.0 and Later

Zapporoo launches a free B2B app that puts the power back into the hands of service providers worried about damaging customer reviews

The app lets service providers create and read reviews from other members about their experience with certain customers. Blue Collar Connect works by allowing its users to run both customer and company queries. Members can then create their own reviews of a customer which enables other users to able to access that information. “This information can be extremely useful,” says Root. “It can help determine which kind of relationship, if any, the company will have with that potential customer.” The need in the market for Blue Collar Connect is apparent when viewed in the light of a recent study by Cone Communications, which finds that 80% of consumers have changed their minds about a recommended purchase based solely on negative information they found online.

Of course, service providers can already respond to negative reviews about their businesses by simply going to one of the many consumer review sites and posting their own comments. However, Blue Collar Connect’s developers believe their app empowers businesses even farther by making it possible for businesses to quickly share information with each other about their experiences with certain customer – information such those who don’t payers, etc. They believe that service providers’ responses get lost on these sites and that consumer’ complaints are simply given more weight.
