TORONTO, ONTARIO – Distinguished Canadian leaders assemble at the Four Seasons Hotel in Vancouver to showcase examples of exceptional leadership and provide aspiring and current leaders with the skills they need to thrive in their journeys to the top. The keynotes and panels have been designed to promote leadership excellence and this year’s conference features speakers such as Annalisa King, Senior Vice-President & Chief Financial Officer at Best Buy Canada, Nancy Southern, Chair, President & CEO at ATCO Ltd., Jennifer Reynolds, President of Women in Capital Markets, Keiren Ferris, Tax Lead, Global Royalty Policy at Shell Canada, and many more.

In addition to featuring practical sessions to enhance core competencies of the forum, the conference focuses on ways that women in the senior ranks can advocate for future generations of women and help them to thrive in leadership roles. Discussions on implementing mentorship and sponsorship, building successful gender diversity programs, and the importance of taking risks in one’s career round out two days of lively presentations, workshops and networking.
