Oktoberfest: Celebrate in Support of Lutheran Social Services of New York

NEW YORK - Sept. 23, 2015 - PRLog -- Lutheran Social Services of New York is hosting its 4^th annual Oktoberfest celebration at Brooklyn Brewery on October 13, 2015 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Enjoy craft beers – including Brooklyn Brewery’s own Oktoberfest Lager – delicious food and a lively raffle.

The event features an extensive selection of Brooklyn Brewery’s premium beers including seasonal favorites like their Oktoberfest Lager, along with their East IPA and German-style Pilsner. Guests can pair their favorite beer with delicious pretzels, Bratwurst, German potato salad and apple strudel from the Nurnberger Bierhaus restaurant. Live musical guests, The Swedish Meatballs, will get everyone in the mood to polka with festive music led by accordion player Ellen Lindstrom.

“Each year the Lutheran Social Services community comes together to celebrate Oktoberfest with a festive night that benefits our community services,” President & CEO Ronald Drews said. “It’s a fun celebration that has a meaningful impact.
