PRO Landscape® Home App Goes Pink for October to Support Breast Cancer Awareness Month

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Oct. 5, 2015 - PRLog -- Drafix Software Inc., makers of PRO Landscape, the leading design software for landscape contractors, designers and garden centers announced today that the PRO Landscape Home app is supporting breast cancer awareness during October.  In addition, a portion of all proceeds from in-app purchases this month will be donated to support breast cancer research.  PRO Landscape Home lets you take a picture of your house and create your dream landscape using photos of actual trees, shrubs, flowers, grass, mulch, pavers and walls, outdoor fireplaces, statuary and much, much more.

PRO Landscape Home is free to download and use.  The free image library contains over 100 items to create stunning designs.  A one-time in-app purchase provides access to an image library of over 2,000 items.

With PRO Landscape Home you can create visual designs, share them on social media, and find landscape professionals to help you implement your design. The app is built around a potting bench motif making it both fun and intuitive.

·The first part of the app is a powerful, yet easy-to-use tool for creating your own visual designs.  Take a picture of your house or yard and then overlay high quality photos of plants and landscape materials. You can drag the items and resize them to fit until you have the design exactly the way you want it.   You can also easily create custom shapes, for example, a curved brick sidewalk or areas of grass and mulch.

·Once your design is created you can share it on popular social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter and more.

·The “Find a Professional” lookup is an easy way to turn your design ideas into reality.   Similar to a store locator, you can find nearby landscape contractors or garden centers to assist with your project.  If you are a do-it-yourselfer you can find a garden center to buy the plants, but also get your design reviewed to make sure you are selecting the right plants.  If you want someone to do the work for you, then you can select a qualified landscape contractor who will come and give you a detailed estimate.   The companies in the “find a professional” lookup are users of the full version of PRO Landscape.
