Salem Bible Church presents 2015 iProsper Financial Series

ATLANTA - Oct. 14, 2015 - PRLog -- Atlanta, GA - October 14, 2015 – Having financial freedom in an economy that is constantly fluctuating is a problem for 80% of Americans. This means that 4 out of 5 Americans face financial insecurities at some point in their life. Beginning on October 14 - October 31, Salem Bible Church will start changing those statistics by hosting the iProsper Financial Series workshops which will teach the importance of effectively maintaining personal finances.  Several financial experts have been invited to both Salem Bible Church locations; Atlanta and Lithonia, throughout the month of October.  The speakers include: Jacques Lee, George Fraser, and Wes Moss. They will speak on various topics ranging from banking and investments to retirement and generational wealth building.

iProsper is free and open to the public. The information attendees will gain from the iProsper Financial Series is essential to our lives, even at a young age and because of that there will be special sessions at iProsper geared toward educating school-aged and college students on basic economics.  This allows the youth to gain an early understanding of money management and basic economics.

BACKGROUND

Dr. George C. Fraser is Chairman and CEO of FraserNet, Inc., a company he founded over 28 years ago. Born in Brooklyn, NY, he was an orphan and foster child for 15 years. He’s written 5 best-selling books to include: Success Runs in Our Race and Click. Upscale Magazine named him one of the "Top 50 Power Brokers in Black America," and Black Enterprise magazine called him "Black America’s #1 Networker". He’s been featured on seven national magazine covers, and has received 350 awards and citations to include 2 honorary Doctorate Degrees and an Ambassadorship.

E. Jacques Lee is the Consumer Banking Division Manager at Citizens Trust Bank in Atlanta, GA. Ms. Lee is currently responsible for managing operations of the bank’s 11 financial center locations, as well as its extensive marketing communications, INVEST and Overdraft Privilege programs. Prior to joining Citizens Trust Bank, Lee served in many banking management capacities, where she quickly mastered the disciplines of finance, depositor relations and efficient community banking practices. Women Looking Ahead Magazine recognized her two consecutive years as one of the “100 Most Influential Women in Banking and Finance”.

Wes Moss is the host of MONEY MATTERS – the country’s longest running, live call-in, investment and personal finance radio show – on 95.5FM and AM 750 WSB.  Wes is also the Chief Investment Strategist at Capital Investment Advisors (http://www.yourwealth.com/) based in Atlanta.
