Max Meadow to Lead Consulting Practice at Brandon Hall Group

DELRAY BEACH, Fla. - Oct. 19, 2015 - PRLog -- Max Meadow, formerly the consulting practice leader at Slalom Consulting and Bersin & Associates, has been named Vice President of Strategic Engagements and Principal HCM Advisory Analyst at Brandon Hall Group, the leading independent HCM research and advisory services firm.

In his new role, Meadow is responsible for operating and growing the consulting practice that coincides with Brandon Hall Group’s five research practices – Learning & Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition and HR/Workforce Management.

Meadow also will play a lead role in advisory services for Brandon Hall Group’s member organizations and serve as an analyst in his areas of expertise, which include talent management, human capital management, change management, training, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and strategy and planning.

Prior to joining Brandon Hall Group, Meadow was a leader for Slalom Consulting’s Silicon Valley Organizational Effectiveness practice for more than 3½ years. He was responsible for the operation and growth of the practice, including recruiting, employee development, sales, delivery, and service offering growth. Previously, Meadow served in several consulting and advisory roles at Bersin & Associates, including vice president/consulting.
