Brandon Hall Group Launches 2016 HCM Outlook Survey

DELRAY BEACH, Fla. - Nov. 4, 2015 - PRLog -- Brandon Hall Group, the leading independent Human Capital Management research/analyst firm, today launched its 2016 Human Capital Management Outlook Survey (https://www.research.net/r/C7WRLWY), designed to gain understanding of the top HCM management priorities for businesses in the coming year.

In the 2015 survey, companies were heavily focused on the customer: 41% of responding organizations cited improving the customer experience as the top priority, with gaining market share (more customers) finishing second with 36%. Learning and Development was the most important HCM focus, with 88% of respondents ranking it as a top priority, followed by performance management (85%) and leadership development (79%).
