DUBAI, UAE - Nov. 2, 2015 - PRLog -- While dozens of manufacturers are set to make their debut at the Middle East’s upcoming trade show for hardware, tools, and machinery, it’s the returning exhibitors that are expressing high optimism in a regional market showing no signs of slowing down.

The ongoing surge in construction and infrastructural projects across the Gulf region is driving demand for tools and materials, which is music to the ears for major exhibitors at the three-day Hardware+Tools Middle East 2015, taking place from 2-4 June at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.

The UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar were the top three markets for the construction sector in 2014, according to Zawya Projects.  Of the US$ 1.53 trillion worth of real estate projects under construction in the GCC up to 2025, the UAE tops the list with projects worth US$940.5 billion in the design, bid or construction stage.

Saudi Arabia is second with US$461.2 billion worth of projects and Qatar is third at US$205.8 billion.  Kuwait, (US$82.8 billion), Oman (US$63.5 billion) and Bahrain (US$46 billion) round off the list.

At the forefront of returning exhibitors to Hardware+Tools Middle East 2015 is SE International, the licensed distributor in the Middle East for American brand Good Year, which launched its power tools and hand tools range at Hardware+Tools Middle East in 2014.

“There is certainly strong demand for hand and power tools in the Middle East, with construction going on everywhere across the region,” said Rajan Sippy, Managing Director of SE International.

“Customer enquiries have been constant since we launched the Good Year Tool range at Hardware+Tools Middle East 2014. Many deals have materialized successfully. Today, most of UAE's Power Retail Hypermarkets like Carrefour, HyperPanda, Lulu and the Eppco-Enoc petrol station chain carry Goodyear Products.

“The Good Year brand is well-known for its professionally acclaimed tyres, but not so much for its quality tools.  I’m confident the Good Year legacy will continue to lead in the MENA market in the coming years and with our participation at Hardware+Tools Middle East 2015, we plan to consolidate our position in the region.”

Another returning exhibitor is Kangaro Industries, India’s largest manufacturer and exporter of industrial staple guns, which will launch its new Staple Gun Tacker at Hardware+Tools Middle East 2015.

Ambrish Jain, Managing Director of Kangaro Industries, said: “Hardware+Tools Middle East is the gateway to the fast-growing Middle East and Africa region. Our experience at the show in 2014 was very positive with many new inquiries and contacts generated.  We are returning to gain more access to African markets as well as grow our profile across the Gulf region.”

Other top manufacturers making a return appearance at Hardware+Tools Middle East 2015 include Black Jack Tools from India, Deerfos from Korea, and KNIPEX from Germany.

“The Middle East region offers considerable opportunities to manufacturers of tools, materials and machinery as demand continues to grow fuelled by ongoing construction and infrastructure development,” said Ahmed Pauwels, CEO of Messe Frankfurt Middle East, the organiser of Hardware+Tools Middle East.

“The large number of returning exhibitors to Hardware+Tools Middle East underlines the role the event plays in successfully connecting suppliers and manufacturers with end users and trade influencers from this vital region.”

Now in its 16th edition, Hardware+Tools Middle East 2015 is the region’s dedicated trade show for hardware, tools, materials and machinery, featuring more than 230 exhibitors showcasing 350 brands.

The three-day event returns with country pavilions from China, Taiwan, and Thailand, and will showcase a wide spectrum of hand and power tools, construction and building materials and accessories.
