SCS Engineers Welcomes Korey Brunken as Our Newest Environmental Solutions Team Member

OMAHA, Neb. - Nov. 3, 2015 - PRLog -- Korey Brunken, PG, CHMM, specializes in site investigation and remediation of soil and groundwater contamination. He joined SCS Engineers this week as a Senior Project Professional, working out of the Central region of the U.S. on the SCS Oil and Gas environmental solutions team.

Brunken has over ten years of experience in hazardous materials management and environmental consulting, with a special emphasis on fate and transport modeling of groundwater contaminants, risk-based closure assessments, and underground storage tanks.

“Korey is a talented geological scientist and CHMM,” stated Michael J. Miller, an SCS vice president. “His integrity and grasp of advancements in technology and changes in compliance requirements are evident in his work; his active participation in national organizations and in his community are highly valued traits on our team.”

Korey has Bachelor of Science degrees in geology and civil engineering. He holds several widely recognized professional certifications including Licensed Professional Geologist (NE), Certified Groundwater Professional (IA), and Certified Hazardous Materials Manager.
