The ABC Brigade supports stroke prevention, education, and quality of life for stroke victims in the St. Louis area. Whether you are a stroke survivor, a believer in the cause, or simply looking for a fun 5K race, the Stampede for Stroke is a great way to soak in the beauty of St. Louis city's parks while promoting health and awareness in the community.
