Jam4Tam Raising Money to Support Jacksonville Family Involved in Serious Car Accident

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Nov. 10, 2015 - PRLog -- On Sunday, February 22nd, 2015, Tammy Riley of Jacksonville and her children were returning home from a family campout when their car was involved in a car accident.  Ms. Riley sustained serious injuries, leaving her disabled as a result of the the accident.  Fortunately, her children were unharmed physically, but their family continues to struggle to keep up with Ms. Riley’s recovery, medical expenses and day-to-day activities that so many us can take for granted.

On Saturday, November 14th, the Mandarin United Methodist Church is hosting JAM4TAM which will feature three popular Jacksonville bands, Unity Worship, Joe Watts and JR Roberts.  The event will include activities such as face painting, games, food and more.  Admission is free and a love offering will be collected during the event with 100% of the proceeds going to Ms. Riley’s expenses.

“The community has come together in a big way, including, our local Boy Scouts, our church, friends and family in the area and the bands whom have all volunteered their time to make this event a success” says Mr. Bill Olson, who is helping to organize the live entertainment for the event.  “Everyone involved is putting their heart on display to help others and it’s overwhelming.”
