SAN DIEGO - Nov. 23, 2015 - PRLog -- ACI Apartments is pleased to announce the recent sale of a 7 unit complex in Spring Valley. The 5,340 square foot property, located at 3626 S. Barcelona Street, was purchased by The Barry and Sharon Herbst Trust for $975,000.

Terry Moore CCIM of ACI represented the San Diego buyer, The Barry and Sharon Herbst Trust. It was the second time the buyers have used Terry Moore. The San Diego seller, The Couture Family Trust A and Trust B were represented by Bob Vermilya of Vermilya and Associates.

The Casa de Oro property consists of six 2bd/1ba units and one 2bd/1.5 ba unit. The building includes an onsite laundry room, a great backyard and has convenient access to highway 94.
