SAN DIEGO - Jan. 11, 2016 - PRLog -- ACI Apartments is pleased to announce the recent sale of a 4 unit complex in the City of Oceanside. The 3,756 square foot property, located at 1310 Division Street, was purchased by WSC Investment Partners LLC for $825,000.

Terry Moore CCIM of ACI represented the San Diego seller, The Marina Cubillos Family Trust, as part of a 1031 tax deferred exchange. The San Diego buyer, WSC Investment Partners LLC was represented by Robert Vallera and Matt Kennedy of Voit Real Estate Services.
