Planet Ballroom Gives Back With Their "Dancing For Dollars" Charity Event!

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Nov. 30, 2015 - PRLog -- We aren’t just dancing...we are striving to give back every day.

Our founders, Tom and Elizabeth Minieri, make sure that giving back is a daily part of the Planet Ballroom life. In fact, giving back in such an integral part of who we are that its part of our overall vision statement!

Year round we are working to make a difference in the communities we are so lucky to be a part of and the holidays are no exception! Elizabeth began our “Dancing for Dollars” program in the first years of Planet Ballroom and as we’ve grown, so too has the amount of money raised each year by this fun event!

Dancing for Dollars is the perfect way for our students and instructors to join forces in true Planet Ballroom style! Each studio sets aside one full day to provide lessons and 100% of all monies earned are donated to that studio’s charity of choice. From St Jude’s, to Ronald McDonald House, to the Humane Society our studios have chosen some AMAZING charities this year!
