LOS ANGELES - Dec. 15, 2015 - PRLog -- Career Systems International (CSI), a global talent management firm servicing 65% of today’s Fortune 500 companies, announced the appointment of two new board members. The staff and current board of Career Systems International (CSI) are happy to welcome new board members Ms. Beverly Crowell and Mr. Richard Aldersea.

CSI was founded by Dr. Beverly Kaye, best-selling author and internationally recognized authority on career issues, and retention and engagement in the workplace over thirty years ago. CSI helps organizations worldwide maximize the strategic engagement, development and retention of key talent.  Using their solutions, select CSI clients have realized 147% return on their investment, $5.1 million in intellectual capital savings, $1.9 million annual savings by reducing turnover by 32%, and a 16 point increase on engagement scores.

Beverly Crowell, currently Executive Vice President of CSI, brings to the board over 20 years’ experience in the talent management field. Before joining CSI in 2007, Crowell was responsible for developing and delivering leadership, management and professional development programs for United Space Alliance at Kennedy Space Center in Florida. She is a noted speaker and contributing author to The Talent Management Handbook: Creating Organizational Excellence by Identifying, Developing, and Promoting Your Best People and Coaching for Leadership.

“People stand at the heart of both business strategy and execution, and the growing shortage in talent will become acute in most industries over the next few years,” said Crowell.  “CSI has an excellent team of committed professionals and is well-positioned to assist its clients in successfully dealing with these challenges. I look forward to serving on CSI’s Board, and helping to lead the company into the next phase of growth.”

Richard Aldersea, having previously served as an advisor to CSI before accepting his new role on its board, has been the CEO of two successful Human Capital consulting firms. He led his last firm from $3m to $16m in only four years, before managing its sale to a Fortune 500 company. Aldersea is now an advisor to the boards of many clients across North America, turning them into multimillion dollar operations focused on growth, profitability and achieving sustainable competitive advantage.

“In a globalizing economy marked by uncertainties, one thing is certain: talent retention and development grows in importance every day. The team at CSI has built an impressive business, with leading offerings in its markets, and I look forward to building on the company’s culture of providing exceptional products and services in the Talent Management space,” said Aldersea.
