St. Louis Team Breaks $100 Million Annual Sales Mark

ST. LOUIS - Dec. 15, 2015 - PRLog -- The average Realtor® does less than a dozen sales a year, according to the National Association of Realtors®. In very large markets such as Los Angeles or New York, where prices are much higher and there’s a huge population base, having annual gross real estate sales into the tens of millions or more, is not unheard of or as difficult to accomplish.

However, in the St. Louis real estate market, such an accomplishment is extremely rare. In fact, the Gellman Team of Coldwell Banker Premier Group is the first full service, residential resale team to cross the $100 million annual sales mark. Led by St. Louis natives and brothers Mark and Neil Gellman, the team is on pace to have $118 million in real estate sales, which would be an increase of some $36 million over 2014 sales.

Last year’s 248 sales of $82 million already had the team on the radar nationally. The Wall Street Journal and REAL Trends named the Gellman Team to its America’s top 250 real estate teams list. They ranked No. 225 nationally and it was their first time on this exclusive list. With 2015 being another record year, the Gellmans will most certainly place even higher on next year’s list.

Those agents making The Wall Street Journal list rank in the top one half of 1 percent of the more than 1,100,000 Realtors® nationwide.
