Lowcountry Real Estate Specialist, Carleha Frazier Singleton to host a Free Home Buyer Seminar

BLUFFTON, S.C. - Jan. 2, 2016 - PRLog -- The Free Home Buyer's Seminar will cover the home buying process along with first time home buyer programs and  incentives and tax credits. Those attending will learn how to apply for a loan as well as obtaining a personal home buying plan. The seminar will be held at  ERA Evergreen Real Estate Company’s downtown Beaufort office 1001 Boundary St, Ste B. Beaufort, SC 29902. Space for this Beaufort Home Buyer’s Seminar is limited. Carletha became a South Carolina real estate agent in 2004 and later also became a Georgia real estate agent. Over seven years ago Carletha went back to continue her education in Real Estate and is now a Real Estate Broker, and has started her own team of Real Estate agents.
