The new plant, which was launched in October this year, is expected to be a big boost to the Suzuki spare parts market, as well as for many other brands of cars too. It is projected to provide employment for 115 people while its production capacity annually will be 280,000 robotized gear-box kits. The plant was built to meet the swelling market achievements of the AMT constituent in India within the past two or so years, as well as the demand from local car makers as regards to future implementations.
