QLAdmin Solutions – A New Year, a New Company, a New Client

AUSTIN, Texas - Jan. 28, 2016 - PRLog -- Chris McCaul, FSA, MAAA, actuary and former senior principal with Rudd and Wisdom, Inc. Consulting Actuaries, announced that effective January 1^st, 2016, QLAdmin Solutions became a privately owned and managed company. QLAdmin Solutions provides leading life insurance policy administration software to 40 small and medium-sized insurance companies. Mr. McCaul stated that the purpose for taking his portion of the company private was to set the stage for QLAdmin Solutions’ future growth and product development.

Mr. McCaul created the original system that evolved into the QLAdmin program, and has lead the insurance software division for the last 26 years. Under his direction, the QLAdmin life insurance policy administration system has greatly expanded in features, functionality, with additional modules and online agent and policyholder web portals. Since 2011, the software team has doubled in sized and experienced a 40% increase in clientele.

To ensure continued success for QLAdmin Solutions, Mr. McCaul appointed three key employees to help guide company direction: Greg Garza, Director of Development; Robert DeSarro, Director of Support; and Kat Correa, Chief Marketing Officer. The QLAdmin Solutions team is poised to take advantage of the software division’s long history, reputation and market share, and will continue to be a major player in the life insurance policy administration market. In fact, the New Year began strong with the recent announcement of the newest QLAdmin client; United Transportation Union Insurance Association near Cleveland, Ohio. Six Louisiana clients have also chosen QLAdmin Solutions as their technology partner and contracting is currently underway.
