Ensemble Health Partners Welcomes Estelle Welte to Team

 
HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. - Feb. 8, 2016 - PRLog -- Ensemble Health Partners is pleased to announce Estelle Welte has joined the company as Senior Vice President, Client Engagement and Development. With more than 25 years of healthcare experience, Estelle is dedicated to results-driven service excellence.

For the last 14 years, Estelle Welte has served as Senior Vice President of Medical Data Systems, Inc. (MDS), which offers specific self-pay recovery services to the hospital and healthcare industry. In 2002 she created the client services function/department and led in the development and creation of the team. In 2007 she also created and developed what is now the “sales/business development team” of MDS.  In the last several years, Estelle worked in conjunction with the COO on the daily operation and management of the company.

Prior to MDS, Estelle held healthcare and business office specific leadership positions, including Central Business Office Director for Fresenius Medical Care. She has been involved in the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) for 20 years. Currently, she is serving as President-Elect for the SC Chapter of HFMA, and will become President on June 1, 2016. Estelle is also a founding member of HFMA’s national advisory committee for HERe, a national initiative focused on women in healthcare leadership. Additionally, she is a member of the Healthcare Advisory Board for Ashford University in California.
