Songtress Mia Laquan Releases Hot New Single "Don't Leave"

ATLANTA - Feb. 17, 2016 - PRLog -- Mia Laquan is a solo female artist and songwriter currently residing inAtlanta, GA. She was born in Rome, NY and raised in North Carolina. Mia moved to Atlanta, GA to follow her dreams of being a professional musician. Her strong sultry voice is delivered with strength, passion and transparency.

This solo artist has been singing since the age of five and some of her musical influences are Whitney Houston, Anita Baker, Shirley Murdock, and Erykah Badu. Throughout her life she has had ups and downs but music was the one thing that made everything seem ok. Since living in Atlanta, GA Ms. Mia Laquan she has been singing at some of the hottest spots in the area and has several consistent weekly performances around the city.

Mia Laquan has created a buzz for herself independently of a record label and has achieved several accomplishments such as opening up for Kelly Price at T.I’s restaurant Scales 925 and singing a duet with singer Dave Tolliver from RnB Group Men at Large. Once you hear her voice you can’t deny her raw talent and honest vocal delivery.

The singer is very excited about the future as she has signed with New Image Entertainment under the direction of Tony Sanders and Kristen Kinder. She recently completed her first single “Don’t Leave” which tells the story of lust that comes with love and not being afraid to admit it.
