Cresa Medical Assists Vitreous Retina Macula Specialists of New Jersey w/ New Headquarters Purchase

Cresa NJ – North/Central Principal Dennis Gralla, and Jonathan Marks, the director of Cresa’s medical practice group, negotiated two deals on behalf of the tenant. The first was for their new headquarters at 306 Main Street in Millburn, New Jersey, encompassing 10,600 square feet. The other involved VRMNJ’s new expansion location, which is roughly 2,000 square feet and located at 1543 Route 27 in Somerset.
