Cresa Medical Assists Sall Myers Medical Associates with Recent Growth Opportunities

Cresa NJ - North/Central Principal Dennis Gralla, and Jonathan Marks, the director of Cresa's medical practice group, negotiated three deals on behalf of the tenant, bringing them to eight locations in total. With Cresa's assistance, Sall Myers has renewed their lease for 13,068 square feet in their headquarters at 100 Hamilton Plaza in Paterson. They have also expanded to 3,696 square feet at their compensation, liability and treatment location at 2333 Morris Avenue in Union. Finally, Sall Myers has added a new, 4,084 square foot location to their portfolio, located at 299 Cherry Hill Road in Parsippany.

Dennis Gralla has a long-standing, 25-year relationship with Sall Myers and has represented them on many projects throughout their partnership. Jonathan Marks has incorporated his medical expertise into the recent expansion and new location transactions, leveraging his experience in New Jersey's commercial medical markets.
