iAutomate: Erlon Surety Offers Integration to Vertafore’s Sagitta Agency Management System

WESTBROOK, Maine - March 2, 2016 - PRLog -- Insurance Automation Group (http://www.insuranceautomationgroup.com) announces that its iAutomate: Erlon Surety (http://www.iautomatesurety.com) workflow automation software now integrates directly with Vertafore’s Sagitta agency management system (http://www.vertafore.com/All-Products/Sagitta). The Sagitta Web Service interface enables surety agencies to enter information such as bond and transaction activity and status only once – data transfers directly from iAutomate: Erlon Surety into Sagitta. Using the latest technology available, this integration will replace the similar interface in production for the past fifteen years.

Surety agencies use iAutomate: Erlon Surety as an end-to-end surety bond issuance, tracking, execution, and reporting system. When users choose to export bond data from iAutomate: Erlon Surety into Sagitta:

-- Bonds will automatically create or update policies and associated transactions within Sagitta.

-- Users can identify the status associated with specific transactions exported into Sagitta.

-- Users can insert newly executed bonds into Sagitta with a Renewal Status, and identify new business for existing clients vs. new business for new clients.

-- The iAutomate: Erlon Surety system will update bond details to note that records have been exported, the date of the export, and the user who performed the export.
