Saturday, March 12: St. Patrick's Day Half Marathon & EC Craft Beer Invitational

EL CAJON, Calif. - March 7, 2016 - PRLog -- The fourth annual St. Patrick’s Day Half Marathon & EC Craft Beer Invitational is expected to attract 15,000 – 20,000 people

SATURDAY, March 12, 2014

Here’s what to expect:

·        All runners and the general public can enjoy the EC Craft Beer Invitational, sponsored by the San Diego Craft Beer Guild where approximately 30 breweries will feature their best brews.

·        Kids of all ages will enjoys live entertainment by Irish bands as well as local favorites. More than 30 vendors will sell their wares alongside food trucks, bounce houses and much more at the Finish Line Festival, sponsored by Sycuan Casino.

·   -2,000 athletes in the races and Tribes & Clans Competition – the ultimate fitness throwdown sponsored by Barona Casino

·    -Kids compete in the Green Mile or Kids Tribes & Clans Competition

· --Adults with development disabilities from our charity beneficiaries, PWI and St. Madeleine Sophie’s Center, walk the Green Mile.

- The St. Patrick’s Day Half Marathon & 5k also serves as an official fundraiser for the 27 PTAs of the Cajon Valley School District, in partnership with Superintendent David Miyashiro and PTA Council President Linda Webb.

- The event is presented by imortgage and hosted by the City of El Cajon and Downtown El Cajon Business Partners, with extra help from great sponsors including Waste Management, Subaru of El Cajon, North Island, FCU and San Diego County Credit Union.
