Cheryl Gress Challenges Anti-Christian Imagery of Hollywood Movies and Computer Games in Dallas

The March Monthly Prayer meeting of the International Missions Conference (IMC) heard from Cheryl Gress, a Chicago-based Computer Games designer focused on purging Hollywood of its determination to pump idolatry-loaded imagery into the games and movies that Christian children are forced to watch by fighting the computer games industry from many fronts.

Gress and her husband founded the Christ Centered Gamer to run child-safe game servers, score, and rate computer games in reviews. They also provide an interactive online Christian gaming community. Gress will be guest speaker at the 4^th Annual Conference of the IMC, May 2016. The charge by Apostle Paul in Ephesians 5:11 which states "Take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness, but instead expose them," fuels the concern of Gress for the truthful upbringing of Christian children. She will be hosting a workshop with parents, and computer games design sessions with teenagers during the conference.
