BRADENTON, Fla. - March 22, 2016 - PRLog -- My husband and I had been thinking of moving south to central Florida when our children left the nest. We went down on vacation one summer and absolutely fell in love with Bradenton area. It seemed like the perfect place for us to settle in and retire in peace. The Forbes Property Group staff were super nice and extremely helpful every step of the way. They were there to help us night and day. They were always willing to answer all our questions and even calm those out-of-state home buyer nerves. We surely thought it would be difficult with us not living in town to find our new home and look through it. Our agent was a true real estate professional! He would personally walk through the homes we were interested in and get back with us on whether he thought it would fit our needs. At times we thought he was even more picky about things than we would have been ourselves. He would remind us that this was a big purchase and he wanted to make sure we got the very best deal we could.
