REDmeters Launches The Mining RM3: "Increase Productivity"

In a struggling mining market place, the launch of the RM3 couldn't have come at a better time for REDmeters. The RM3, proven to dramatically increase productivity and efficiency, is introduced with an interesting launch price tag.

KISSIMMEE, Fla. - April 1, 2016 - PRLog -- REDmeters, an Orlando Florida based company, is launching their RM3, a density meter that is said to blow all competition out of the tailing pond. This is new for a Mining Industry that has been struggling to make ends meet in its spiraling market.

Non-Nuclear

The company prides the RM3 as a non-nuclear density meter, satisfying environmentalist groups and the call for a greener and more efficient mining industry. The nuclear densitometer has been the only viable option for miners for decades. It is no secret that the nuclear meter is inaccurate, has production limitations, and is an additional burden on tailing ponds and environment in general. REDmeters claims the RM3 is a first for the industry, that measures exact, reports in real-time at the meter level as well as in the mine administrative network, without limitations on production and output.

Increase Productivity

The inability to measure any density of 50% or more, and the lack of measurements in real-time, or even to relocate the current meter, has put a lock on mining operations efficiency and productivity. According to the RM3 spec sheet on REDmeters website, the meter handles up to a 100% solids, which in itself allows the mine to increase its production. The RM3 reports in real-time, allowing for management to make decisions 'as it happens'. The RM3 weighs the full content of the pipe, at a 99.7% accuracy.

Peter Vandenbroeck, Marketing Director of REDmeters, adds: "We believe the RM3 will revolutionize the mining industry. Increasing the solids vs carrier, measuring accurately, reducing tailing ponds, and not radiating water and material, can be millions of dollars, for fairly any mining operation."

Upon release, a zirkon mining operation in Florida showed immediate interest in the RM3 and is phasing out to replace all 50 nuclear meters over a 2 year time frame.

The launch price of an RM3 starts at $19,000. More information about the new RM3 density meter for Mining can be found on the REDmeters website http://www.redmeters.com/mining/
