Fresh Kitchen Opens in Boca Raton; Offers Healthy Food & Juice Options

BOCA RATON, Fla. - April 11, 2016 - PRLog -- Fresh Kitchen (www.freshkitchen.com), a fresh, health-based café, has opened in East Boca Raton serving a wide-assortment of juices, smoothies, salads, wraps and healthy dishes. The new 2500-square-foot restaurant with a gorgeous outdoor covered patio is located at 2202 N. Federal Highway in the Fifth Avenue Shops in Boca Raton. It is the sister restaurant of Juice and Java Café (21316 St. Andrews Blvd., Boca Raton) and is focused on products that enhance one's life as well as the planet. Fresh Kitchen is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as dine-in, take-out and catering. Hours are: Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 9pm; Saturday 8:00am to 6pm; and Sunday 10am to 4pm.

"We have had so much success and positive results in the last three years since taking ownership of Juice and Java Café in Central Boca Raton," said owner Brandi Levinson. "We are excited to continue to grow and offer our healthy foods and juices to more members of the Boca Raton community thanks to the opening of Fresh Kitchen."

The Fresh Kitchen menu features: Juices, Smoothies, Salads, Wraps, Meal Replacement Shakes, Shots, Coffee and Tea Drinks, Soups, Vegetable and Fruit Salads, Pita Melts, Quesadillas, Platters & Bowls, Eggs, Fruit and more. Vegan and Gluten-Free Options are always available. Everything is cooked to order.

The ingredients Fresh Kitchen uses are locally sourced and produced in a low impact kitchen, which produces no grease and limited emissions. Described by Levinson as "Truth in Menu," the Fresh Kitchen menu features clear choices, clean ingredients, no high-fructose syrup, and low sodium. A pioneer in the restaurant industry, Fresh Kitchen has equipped its kitchen with non-traditional, low-touch and minimal impact machinery. They use no-hood ventilation and a touch-less vegetable and fruit washer; they do not utilize fryers, microwaves or any other equipment that lower the health benefits of a meal, and/or environmental emissions.
