Regent Surgical Health Announces ASC Joint Venture with Christiana Care Health System & Physicians

WESTCHESTER, Ill. - April 14, 2016 - PRLog -- Regent Surgical Health, an industry-leading surgery center management and development company specializing in hospital and physician ambulatory surgery center (ASC) joint ventures, has partnered with Christiana Care Health System and multi-specialty physicians in the Glasgow Medical Center LLC, Newark, Del.

The Glasgow Medical Center and its physician partners have been affiliated with Christiana Care for a number of years. Center leadership recognized an opportunity to expand services and looked for a surgery center management and development company with experience working with the nation's largest health systems to deploy outpatient strategies.

The Glasgow Medical Center, located at 2600 Glasgow Ave. in Newark, Del., is a 15,000-square-foot multi-specialty ASC with four operating rooms and two procedure rooms. Current specialties include orthopedics, podiatry, ENT, urology, plastic surgery, ophthalmology, gynecology, colon/rectal surgery, GI, and pain management.
