Philadelphia Area Interior Designer Wins National Awards, Recognized for Universal & Luxury Design

YARDLEY, Pa. - April 18, 2016 - PRLog -- Donna Hoffman, of Interiors by Donna Hoffman (http://interiorsbydonnahoffman.com), received immense industry recognition this month both nationally and locally.

On April 1, 2016 Donna was awarded First Place in the Interior Design Society (IDS - http://interiordesignsociety.org) Designer of the Year awards in the Universal Design/Aging in Place, and a second award in the Interior spaces $30,000 and above categories. The Award Ceremony and Gala were held in Dallas, Texas and presented by Dann Foley, interior designer known for his work on NBC's "American Dream Builders".

The following week on Friday, April 8, 2016 Donna won First Place in the Universal Design/Aging in Place Category at the Interior Design Awards and Gala (organized by the American Society of Interior Designers - ASID) in Philadelphia. The IDA's are Philadelphia's only interior design competition open to all those involved in the design community, including interior designers, architectural and design firms, kitchen and bath designers, and interior decorators.

Donna Hoffman is the region's only interior designer to be a 6-time recipient of a Designer of the Year Award from The Interior Design Society.
