Benrubi joins Rosenthal, Levy, Simon & Ryles as of counsel with a long successful history of practice representing individuals and corporate policyholders in insurance coverage disputes. His practice spans all aspects of this area including coverage disputes, bad faith actions, declaratory relief lawsuits and claims for insurance benefits. Mr. Benrubi also specializes in cases involving significant personal injury.
