Subdivision Feasibility Studies Completed in Massachusetts

BOSTON - May 8, 2016 - PRLog -- Wert-Berater, Inc. has provided feasibility studies since 1998.  Studies are provided for all types of projects and recently two feasibility studies for two separate residential subdivisions were completed, one in Douglas and the other in Northbridge.

The residential subdivisions were both in the planning stages.  The Douglas project has an approved map and the Northbridge project was in process of approval by the town.  The Douglas project was for 28 single family houses and 4 duplexes within four floorplans starting at 2,000 SF up to 2,500 SF.

The Northbridge project was for 72 single family detached houses and had the same floor plans.

Market research indicated that new home sales were stable and there was unmet demand anticipated in the areas.  The developer was seeking EB-5 VISA investment capital and the USICS requires a feasibility study.
