Denis Welch Motorsport at the HSCC International Trophy, Silverstone 21st/22nd May

BURTON ON TRENT, U.K. - May 13, 2016 - PRLog -- The HSCC International Trophy meeting takes place on 21st and 22nd May at Silverstone. Denis Welch Motorsport will once again be supporting customers and proving our performance parts under tough, race conditions. The event will be taking place on the full 3.66 mile Grand Prix circuit.

The GT and Sports Car Cup will see a pair of Austin Healey 3000's and a Jaguar E-Type compete in the 2nd round of the 2016 series. The last outing saw the Austin Healey of Jeremy Welch and Martyn Corfield take first place in the GT3 class. Tony Worthington will also be driving his Healey 3000 which has been freshly rebuilt over the winter, co-driving with Mark Midgely. Julian Thomas and Calum Lockie who took victory at the Jaguar Classic race earlier this month will be looking for a strong result in the Low Drag E-Type, a car not only extremely good looking but also proving to be very fast too.
