Thailand Navy Sailors to get new multi-purpose RIB Boats from ASIS

JEBEL ALI, UAE - June 9, 2016 - PRLog -- The RIB is intended to be used by Thailand Navy sailors for fast response and search operations at sea.

This 8 meter RHIB can accommodate up to 18 passengers. It is designed with a deep-V hull for maximum stability, a non-skid deck, center console, six straddle seats, extended T-top to cover all passengers, Front & Aft leaning posts and engine guard rail.

Additionally, the tube of the boat has been customized; where we have modified its diameter to 50 cm in order to match the customer's requirements. The tube is standardly fitted with triple large profile fenders. Its multi-chamber (5) air tube is exceptionally strong, puncture resistant, UVstable and made of 1670 Dtex hypalon covered by non-slip patches. It provides buoyancy and reduced vessel weight for maximum performance, fuel economy and safety at sea.

The Rigid Inflatable Boat has four stainless steel heavy duty lifting points.

The 8m ASIS RIB has a reputation for outstanding performance and sea keeping capabilities. This is a very practical boat, aimed both at the commercial and the military sector.
