Concrete Plant Manufacturer Announces New Trademarks

WAUKESHA, Wis. - June 9, 2016 - PRLog -- JEL Manufacturing has received mark registration status from the State of Wisconsin on the names it is using to market its different lines of concrete batch plants. The company received the status on the brands "Acumulator" and "Decumulator" from Wisconsin's Department of Financial Institutions earlier this year and the marks are currently pending registration with the United States Trademark Office which could take another year or longer. Acumulator concrete plants will be the brand name for the companies line of accumulative batching concrete plants. Named for the obvious connection in batching style names, accumulative concrete plants are the most common ready mix concrete plants. This style of concrete plant holds materials in overhead bins and silo's; then drops them into a scale before transferring materials into a truck for mixing. JEL Manufacturing's Acumulator concrete plant boasts 2, 3 or 4 aggregate compartments and can have one or more cements using either multiple cement silo's or split compartment silos.

Decumulator is the brand name for JEL Manufacturing's line of Decumulative batching concrete plants. These concrete plants are different from accumulative concrete plants because the material hopper is the scale. Material is discharged from the hopper on to a conveyor to be loaded into a truck or mixer until the hopper has the right amount of weight.  JEL Manufacturing's Decumulator model offers both high and low production concrete plants. High production concrete plants are configured so that each scale can discharge at one time, while the lower production configurations may use one scale/hopper for two materials meaning only one material can be discharged from that bin at any one time.
