SynaTek Announces Retirement of President and CEO Ken Clemmer, Names COO Nate Clemmer Successor

SOUDERTON, Pa. - July 5, 2016 - PRLog -- SynaTek, LP (SynaTek) today announced the decision of president and CEO Ken Clemmer to retire, effective December 31, 2016. Clemmer's successor is Nate Clemmer, who has served as SynaTek's COO since 2012 and will assume the role and responsibilities of president and CEO effective July 1, 2016. The new ownership structure will include Nate Clemmer, Billy Willard and Bob Willard. Ken Clemmer will remain as chairman of the board through 2017.

SynaTek formed in 2004 when Ken Clemmer partnered with Billy Willard and Bob Willard, owner-operators of Willard Agri-Service of Frederick, Maryland, to build a business for the production and distribution of commercial turf and lawn care products, golf course chemicals, and turf nutritionals.
