Announcing a Special Celebration of Latin Music and Culture in the City of Oviedo

OVIEDO, Fla. - July 12, 2016 - PRLog -- In collaboration with the City of Oviedo and the Oviedo Center Lake Park Amphitheater and Cultural Center, Gregory Media Group announces a celebration of Latin music and culture titled, "Viva Oviedo!" featuring a dynamic entertainment lineup of three popular high-energy bands. Converging on Friday, August 26, 7:00-11:00 p.m., at the Oviedo Amphitheater, performances will include: CuBop, Sol Caribe, and a special presentation by Frequency Band.

CuBop will kick off the community celebration with rhythmic combinations of jazz and Cuban music, called African Bebop (Music sample: http://bit.ly/29HGGmu). Sol Caribe will bring soulful tunes and love rhythms to the stage from the latin, tropical, salsa, bachata, and merengue genre (Music sample: http://bit.ly/29rMZZg).  Frequency Band will offer a special presentation, including showcase and chart topping hits (Music sample: https://vimeo.com/170673760).



"The City of Oviedo is quickly becoming a popular entertainment hub for Central Florida.  With this event, we are pleased to be able to provide great performances and food for all members of the family," notes Jason D. Gregory, CEO/Founder, Gregory Media Group and architect of the event. "Viva Oviedo!" will feature some of the most sought after bands in the Southeast.

The general public is invited to attend "Viva Oviedo!" Tickets purchased prior to August 15, are being sold at $15.00.  After August 15, tickets will be $20.00, and $25.00 the day of the event. VIP tickets may be purchased for $40.00. Children 10 and under will be admitted to the event at no charge. Individuals are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets.  As food and drink will be available for purchase during the event, coolers and outside food and drink will not be permitted inside the Oviedo Amphitheater.
