ORANGE, Calif. - July 15, 2016 - PRLog -- Lee & Associates is pleased to announce that Allen Buchanan and Joshua Harper have completed multiple leases on behalf of Raymond Handling Solutions, Inc. (RHSI), for a total lease value of $2,101,772. Buchanan and Harper assisted RHSI in leasing industrial space in San Diego, Valencia, Santa Fe Springs, and Calexico, CA, along with Nogales, AZ. Raymond Handling Solutions, Inc. is a materials handling company specializing in electric forklifts and warehouse design. RHSI leased new US locations, due to business growth in the southwest and to improve their presence in current markets. For the purpose of expanding their business geographically, RHSI added the Calexico location to add a presence and capabilities just south of the US/Mexico border.

The five locations provide Raymond Handling Solutions with a total of 73,165 square feet of industrial warehouse space. Property sizes range from 2,700 to 53,995 square feet.
