Lee & Associates Central Florida Transacts 44.01-Acre Land Sale

OCOEE, Fla. - June 27, 2018 - PRLog -- The Central Florida office of Lee & Associates, the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm in North America, negotiated a 44.10-acre land sale that is located at 540 Logistics Lane in Ocoee, FL for $5,927,000.

The landlord, Ocoee Business Park, was represented by Bo Bradford of Lee & Associates Central Florida.

"The buyer has changed the name of the proposed park to Distribution 429, and plans to develop three industrial buildings on the property," said Mr. Bradford. Construction has begun and the first two buildings will be delivered in January of 2019.
