Summit Building Services, Inc. has completed another Ariel pressure washing project for Harbor East Management. Harbor East Management is one of Baltimore's larger property managers. Summit Building Services, Inc. provides pressure washing for other locations for Harbor East Management that include South River Colony in Annapolis and The Dobbin Center in Columbia. Summit pressure washed the sidewalks removing gum and mold, cleaned the windows and removed dirt and mold from the top facade. Summit Building Services, Inc. utilized a scissors lift and boom lift to reach high areas. Summit completed the project well under the project deadline.

Recently Completed Post Construction Cleanup for FRP Development Corporation
Summit Building Services, Inc. completed scrubbing the concrete floors (167,000 sq. Ft).  This post construction work was provided for FRP Development Corporation, a full service Maryland real estate development management company specializing in commercial and industrial real estate.

Summit scrubbed the floors with a propane powered Advance scrubber. A sidewinder was used to remove paint and concrete patch off the concrete. In addition to concrete floor cleaning, Summit scrubbed the floors, wiped off all utility conduit and metal piping, and vacuumed debris off the roof of the electrical and sprinkler rooms.

Continuing Janitorial cleaning Service for Garda Security Baltimore Headquarters
Summit Building Services, Inc. continues to provide janitorial services for the Garda Security Baltimore Head Quarters. The facility is cleaned six days a week. Being a high secured building, Summit Building Services was chosen to be the janitorial service provider considering out high standards of employee back ground investigation. Services ranged from contractual janitorial services, to strip and waxing, to carpet cleaning, and pressure washing concrete floors in fleet maintenance.
