Luxury Perfumer JoAnne Bassett Launches Sacred Elixir Collection - Artisan, Luxury Natural Perfume

DALLAS - Aug. 22, 2016 - PRLog -- The Sacred Elixir Collection by JoAnne Bassett is comprised of five artisan, all natural fragrances. Animalic" refers to raw aroma materials created  from animal excretions. I am working with individuals that are not harming the animals and are in integrity.

The Sacred Elixir Collection is my "animalic" collection of five scents created with all natural raw materials of civet, deer musk, castoreum, and beeswax. Most animalics today are synthetic and created in a laboratory.. not these!  They are all natural perfumes in a base of organic golden jojoba oil and eau de parfums are in organic grape alcohol from wine grapes.

Sacred Elixir Collection – My interpretation of all natural "animalic" raw materials from around the world.

Sacred 7 Elixir: Notes – tuberose, Bulgarian rose otto damask, vintage jasmine grandifolium, bergamot, civet paste, neroli, davana, benzoin, lemon, nutmeg

Sacred 333 Elixir: Notes – orange blossom, petitgrain bigarade, rose Maroc centifolia, ylang ylang, sandalwood, copaiba balsam, and beeswax absolute

Sacred 777 Elixir: Notes – labdanum, cistus, butter, nutmeg, copaiba balsam, French lavender, vanilla absolute, balsam fir, vetiver, light patchouli, Bulgarian tobacco absolute, frankincense, coffee, Persian deer musk, violet leaf absolute

Sacred 786 Elixir: Notes –  castoreum – beaver, Himalayan deer musk, Peru balsam, galbanum, cinnamon bark, lime, Maroc rose centifolia, black spruce, cistus, rosewood, holy basil, Omani frankincense, green spikenard

Sacred 888 Elixir: Notes – Bulgarian damask rose otto, neroli, vintage jasmine sambac, tuberose, red mandarin, castoreum, ambrette seed, antique patchouli, wild orange

All 1/4 oz and 1/2 oz perfumes come with a precious hand blown, glass bottle including a lovely, clear glass dauber to apply the perfume. Turning the dauber to the right locks the bottle and makes the seal airtight.The artist uses no molds, making each perfume bottle a unique handmade creation.Each piece is signed and dated and are collectibles.The parfum is packaged inside a gilt-edged "book box" lined with a plush creamy white silk pillow and enveloped in a creamy white silk bag. The parfum comes in a glass bottle.

Why Natural Perfumes?

In the 90s when JoAnne Bassett was creating private label natural product lines for spas, she started formulating natural perfumes for spa owners. She realized that she was most attracted and impassioned by these adventures into this land of scents to heal and uplift.

"The smells sent my nose, brain, body and spirit soaring free," says JoAnne. It was during this time JoAnne learned how all-natural fragrances can be used as a sweet-smelling tool to reach people by tapping into Nature's power to energize, enlighten and empower.

Later, JoAnne studied the ancient French art of handcrafted parfumerie. Using the finest essential oils, absolute essences and botanicals, she trained herself to blend together fine works of "fragrance art."

When available, JoAnne scavenges for wild and organic essences from all over the world. She never uses phthalates, synthetic aroma chemicals, nature identicals, isolates, artificial dyes, parabens, or petroleum products. Her products are never tested on animals and her lines are cruelty free. JoAnne uses organic jojoba oil in her parfums and organic grape alcohol from wine grapes for the eau de toilettes, and eau de parfums.

JoAnne Bassett crafts her natural parfums in Dallas, Texas. She is passionate about her company using green products and sustainable materials, so she supports local farmers and distillers. JoAnne also uses refillable bottles and her sturdy, quality perfume boxes can also be reused and even kept as sacred heirlooms.
