Meridian IT announces new Data Center in U.S

DEERFIELD, Ill. - Sept. 1, 2016 - PRLog -- Meridian IT Inc., a member of Meridian Group International, today announced that it has opened its third U.S. data center (fifth worldwide for Meridian Group). The new center, located in Colorado, will enable Meridian IT to meet growing customer requirements for its enterprise-class Cloud and Managed Services offerings.

Key Data Center Highlights:

- State-of-the-art 19,000 square foot facility

- 2MW of fully-redundant power

- 2N configuration cooling

This addition allows another node for redundancy and creates greater geographical dispersion. Meridian IT will deploy high-speed links between existing data centers, which will allow complete failover of a customer's environment. The extra capability, compute, and storage will increase Meridian IT's cloud capacities by up to 90%.
